National Livestock Census 2021 Report, Abridged version and Presentation released

The Uganda Bureau of Statistics conducted the National Livestock Census (NLC) 2021 with an overall goal of providing information on the structure and organization of the livestock sector in Uganda. Specifically, the NLC 2021 provides inter alia a
frame for livestock sample surveys; statistics on basic characteristics of livestock, farm infrastructure, farm equipment and machinery as well as aspects of the management of agricultural holdings disaggregated by sex. This information is used
